I presently work as a consultant in messaging and unified communication for a national solution provider. Although I focus mainly on messaging topics, I will also drop in information about system management and monitoring from time. As a long time administrator of one of the world's largest Exchange organizations (700+ servers) in my past I have a wealth of knowledge to share in this area as well.
